In February of 2007, a developer came forward to build a huge commericial project on the site of the former Polaroid headquarters in Waltham. This sits next to the MCRT and so we wrote a letter to Secretary Bowles encouraging a thoughtful collaborative partnership that would allow the developer to what is best for the trail.
