10:00 –10:10    Welcome by Craig Della Penna and an overview of recent happenings in the world of rail trail development around the state—from the Berkshires to Cape Cod. 

10:10 –10:25     Update by Eric Weis Update on all the trail segments that make up the East Coast Greenways alignment in Massachusetts. [Border to Boston, Northern Strand, Boston proper, MCRT, and Blackstone Valley projects]

10:30 –11:00     Tom Michelman and Craig Della Penna on Why There Might be a Need for a State-Wide Umbrella Organization.
