On February 15, 2020, the Wall Street Journal published a piece by that talked about a case in Ohio where a farmer was going to have the dead RR corridor that traversed a part of his land purchased by the community or the county for trail and since he didn't want to sell, eminent domain was going to be used to purchase the corridor. The whole premise of the article was. . . .shame on the guv'mint.  Poor farmer. 

 

I thought today I'd share some interesting things about eminent domain through my lens of being in Massachusetts.
