This Privacy Notice applies to the personal information collected by Mass Central Rail Trail Alliance, Inc. when you visit MassCentralRailTrail.org.  It describes the legal basis on which any personal information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. By using our website ( “Site ”), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice ”).

1.     Voluntarily when you provide us with your personal data.  We collect personal data about you when you provide it to us when you sign up for a newsletter or an event or when you contact us.  This information commonly includes your name, address, and email address.
 

2.     Log Information from Server Logs
Our Server Logs collect log file information reported by your browser or mobile application whenever you access our Site.

What basis do we have to use the information we collect?

How We Use Cookies

How long we keep your personal information.
We will retain your personal information for 3 years from the date you last access our Site. unless you notify us to delete your information sooner.  Thereafter, we will delete your personal information.
 

Children:
We do not intentionally gather personal information about users who are under the age of 13.  If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.
 

Links to Other Sites:
Our provision of links to other websites or locations is for convenience and does not signify our endorsement of such other websites or location or its contents. We have no control over, do not review and cannot be responsible for these outside websites, their content, or their data collection.
